ABAS Transfers – Important Booking Information

Transfers are available to all hotels and registered tourist apartment blocks (where access allows) in Benidorm, La Cala, and Albir.

⚠️ Minimum 48 Hours Notice Required
*T&C - Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Any booking made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be cancelled and refunded (minus transaction fees)*.

📝 Complete All Information Correctly
All fields must be filled in accurately and in full, including:

• Flight number
• Arrival/departure times

⏰ Use the 24-hour clock
Example: 15:00 (not 3:00)

💳 Payment by Bank Transfer
If you choose bank transfer, your booking is NOT confirmed until payment is received.
Please allow time for this—especially if travelling soon.

📧 Booking Confirmation

• The initial email you receive is payment confirmation only
• Your official ABAS booking confirmation will be sent within 48 hours to you via email.
• This will include your ABAS booking reference number and transfer details
